Flow Yin Yoga

Enjoy a slow flow that builds heat and energy, before releasing into Yin poses that rest and restore and are designed to enhance strength and mobility in the muscles, joints and deeper connective tissues (ligaments, tendons and fascia). This 10 week winter program focuses on developing warmth and circulation in the body, cultivating inner stillness in the mind and rejuvenating the spirit. Suitable for all levels, and perfect for those with busy lives wanting to slow down.
Price: $120 for term or $15 casual per session
